I conducted English and Spanish telephone interviews to gather primary data for research studies affiliated with the University of Florida, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Florida Department of Health and other out of state clients like Texas Medicare and Medicaid. I became proficient at utilizing the CATI system for computed assisted data entry while conducting nationwide research and survey response coding.
